Fulfilment Service
Some mailing projects are either too small or involve the packing of more unusual items such as sweets/ mugs / T-shirts etc, so they cannot be inserted on machine.
We offer a hand packing service for these projects. We have highly experienced staff who are able to co-ordinate complex mailings which may involve several personalised items or require the packing of different varieties of inserts for specific groups within a single mailing. We can also make up and put together folders and gift packs as required.
We can hand pack items into envelopes, jiffy bags, polylopes, opaque heavyweight poly bags, boxes, tubes…basically into anything that we can mail!
Our experienced staff can also hand finish your mailing pieces with perforated clear super discs or glue dots if required.
We have folding, guillotining and comb binding equipment on site to fold letters and leaflets, to trim carrier sheets, or complete presentation packs as necessary.
We have strong internal quality control systems but have developed specific quality assurance systems for particularly difficult jobs involving matching of multiple personalised documents.
